3. Accounts and Membership
Brands must purchase a monthly or yearly Pro membership to list their business information. Businesses may register for a standard account to search and contact brands. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
Brands retain full ownership of the content they upload. BrandBlaze does not claim any license or rights to reuse your content. Only authorized representatives of a brand may post on their behalf. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.
5. Messaging System
Businesses can contact brands through a built-in email messaging system provided on the website. We do not monitor or control the content of these communications.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. BrandBlaze does not store your payment details. All membership fees are non-refundable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or permanently delete any account that violates our Terms, uploads false information, or impersonates another entity.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrandBlaze is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of the platform. Use of the website is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
